41 suspected homosexuals arrested at a birthday party in Bauchi
At least 41 Nigerians suspected to be homosexuals have been arrested by security operatives in Bauchi State.

The suspects were arrested during a joint operation by men of the Nigeria Police Force and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Bauchi State command.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Kamal Abubakar, who confirmed the incident, told Punch Metro that the police had charged 37 of the suspects to court.
He said, “Although we gathered through intelligence reports that the suspects were homosexuals, we did not charge them to court as homosexuals or lesbians since we did not catch them in the act. But we charged them for being public nuisance since they were arrested at a birthday party.”

According to the Bauchi State Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Alhaji Ado Zigau, the suspects were arrested based on intelligence reports.
He said, “Intelligence reports revealed that some lesbians and homosexuals planned a gathering at the Federal Secretariat Conference Hall. Security operatives were mobilised to the scene and they arrested quite a number of the suspects. Each security team arrested some suspects and took them to their office for interrogation.”

The Public Relations Officer of the corps, DSC Garkuwa Adamu, also confirmed the arrest, saying they paraded four of the suspects.
“On September 1, 2018, intelligence information revealed that some group of youths suspected to be homosexuals were having a meeting at the Federal Secretariat and we swung into action and arrested four suspects.
“The suspects are Abubakar Adamu, 18; Usman Abubakar, 20; Dalhatu Hassan, 19; and Mukhtar Mohammed, 20.
“We recovered three Jincheng motorcycles, one Haojue ladies motorcycle, one generator, three birthday cakes, four GSM phones and other souvenirs during the operation,” he said.

But one of the suspects, Abubakar Adamu, denied being a gay. He said “We are not gay; we don’t have lesbians among us. I organised a birthday party and invited my friends. I sat with a female friend when I was arrested. I am a tailor and we followed due process and applied to use the Federal Secretariat Conference Hall, which they gave us.

Lady calls out her alleged rapist live during church service (video)

Colorado woman went to the church where her alleged rapist worships to publicly confront him for raping her.

McKenna Denson flew to Arizona to attend the church of the man who sexually assaulted her more than 30 years ago. At the church, she climbed the pulpit and accused him of sexual assault. McKenna Denson was training as a missionary in 1984 in Provo, when she alleges Joseph Bishop, the Missionary Training Center’s president at the time, raped her in a basement room.

On Sunday, Denson took the pulpit in Arizona to bear testimony. While speaking on the pulpit, she says she looked directly at Bishop and told the congregation what she says he did to her all those years ago. The accusation was filmed by a cameraman Denson brought and the video was shared online.

While the woman was on the pulpit making the accusation, a man, believed to be Joseph Bishop’s son, is seen whispering to a church leader. Moments later, that man approaches Denson. Then, a second man approaches her. They try to make her leave the pulpit. She declines, telling them to call the police. They later put their hands on her and she claims that they are assaulting her. Eventually, they make her leave the microphone.

Denson said she wanted to be there to warn others in that church. She said many in the congregation looked uncomfortable and shocked, but adds that if she were still attending church and there were a sexual predator there, she would want to know.

Manchester United’s rocky start to their third season under Jose Mourinho has already heaped some early pressure on the Portuguese boss.
Following a turbulent summer of frustration over a lack of investment, the Red Devils already sit six points behind Liverpool at the summit after crushing defeats to Brighton and Tottenham.
Alexis Sanchez and Paul Pogba are just two of the names in Mourinho’s star-studded squad to have made the headlines with the latter reportedly clashing with his manager as he looked for a move away from Old Trafford.
Sanchez came in of criticism last season following his move from Arsenal and is yet to live up to expectations with four games of the new season already complete.
