Anambra police nab man who robbed his cousin who was on holiday in Nigeria (photos)... so dumb!!

The police in Anambra state have arrested Ebube Osinachi Okoye, pictured above, for stealing the properties of his cousin who came to Nigeria to spend the yuletide.

According to reports, Ebube who is described as the most trustworthy cousin of the victim, stormed the home where the cousin stayed and stole everything the cousin came to Nigeria with. Immediately after the theft, he went into hiding, waiting for the cousin to fly back to his base abroad. 

Luck however ran out on him as he was apprehended in Ekwulobia where he was with his girlfriend.

APC Flag Off Re-election Campaign For Governor Lalong In Jos - Politics - ...My state, God help us

The Rwang Pam stadium in Jos, Plateau State is filled to capacity as Governor Simon Bako Lalong arrived the stadium to flag off his re-election campaign.

The governor arrived the stadium in company of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to a cheering crowd of supporters at about 1:26.

Oshiomhole is expected to receive decampees from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other political parties.

Nigerian Kidnapper Who Broke Out Of Jail In Ghana, Recaptured. Photo - Crime -

A Nigerian kidnapper, Samuel Udoetuk-Wills who escaped from the custody of the Takoradi Metropolitan Police Command in Ghana on 30th December, has been recaptured by the police.

Samuel Udoetuk Wills a Nigerian was remanded into Ghanaian Police custody for the offense of kidnapping.

According to reports, Udoetuk-Wills was recaptured in the wee hours of Friday by three policemen in an abandoned building in the bush at Kanssawurodu, near Takoradi.

It was gathered that the suspect was found sleeping deeply in the disused building, however upon his arrest he head-butted one of the policemen in an attempt to escape. He was overpowered and is currently in custody.

Adesina Speaks On Whether Osinbajo Will Represent Buhari At Presidential Debate - Politics -

Nigerian Presidency has reacted to speculation that President Muhammadu Buhari would be represented by his deputy, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, in the debate slated for January 19 by the Nigeria Election Debate Group.

Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media, said his principal is yet to take a decision on whether he would take part in the debate.

Prof. Itse Sagay (SAN), Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), had said Vice President Osinbajo could represent President Buhari at the presidential debate if that was what the Federal Government wanted.

US rapper, Future has been spotted with a new woman just days after he welcomed his 5th child, a son named Hendrix with Bow Wow's babymama Joie Chavis.

The mystery woman has been identified as Lece Babi. She shared a photo of them walking together this week and also attached an orange heart emoji to the image.

Retirement: Ibrahim Idris Kpotun And Buhari In Closed-Door Meeting - Politics -

Information reaching the PoliticsNGR newsdesk this evening reveals that President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in a closed door meeting with the Inspector General of Police, Idris Kpotum.

The meeting began shortly after Friday prayers. Idris is expected to retire from service after reaching the mandatory 35 years in service this month.Both men are meeting in the president’s office at the State House Presidential Villa Abuja.

The IGP's fate will be known after the meeting.
