MTO claims Kylie Jenner has gotten engaged to Travis Scott (Photos)

MTO is reporting that Kylie Jenner and her babydaddy, Travis Scott got engaged earlier this year.

On Saturday, the makeup mogul appeared to hint at being engaged after she was pictured wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger which she rocked with a white cropped coat over an off-white cropped turtleneck, white sweats, and matching heels.

Few weeks ago, her boyfriend of two years told Rolling Stone that he has been thinking about marriage and plans to get married to her.

'We'll get married soon,' Scott said last month. 'I just gotta sturdy up—I gotta propose in a fire way.'

'Please don’t hurt yourself or take yourself out' - American rapper, Joyner Lucas begs R Kelly

R Kelly has been the subject of so much condemnation lately and with John Legend's criticism of the R&B legend in Lifetime’s new documentary, its been a downhill road for Kelly.

Now, Joyner Lucas in a tweet reached out to R Kelly not to hurt himself in anyway. He wrote, 'I know this has to be one of the hardest patches in your life right now R Kelly. Im literally watching the entire world condemn you and turn they back on you. Im not saying you don’t deserve it. All I’m saying is please don’t hurt yourself or take yourself out. Id still be sad'.

IPOB threatened to kidnap us — Southeast governors

The Southeast governors have cried out over alleged plans by members of the proscribed secessionist group, the Inidenious People of Biafra IPOB, to kidnap them. Chairman of the South East Governors Forum, David Umahi of Ebonyi State, made this known when he spoke at Nwaegu Military Cantonment in Abakaliki during the flag-off of Operation  Egwu Eke 111 by the Nigerian army 82 Division yesterday January 6th.

The governor said the threat was received via text message sent to his wife.

“The GOC, you are coming at a time we had note from our brothers and sisters of IPOB sending text messages that there will be no elections and insulting the leaders, particularly the south east governors. Just few days back they sent text message to my wife that the five governors of south east would be kidnapped and that their security would overpower that of the governors and that after ransom are paid, they would kill them and kill themselves.

“That is laughable, as a leader in the zone, I must say that some of their complaints are genuine, but the approach is very bad, that is why the leaders of south east are not in support of their approach.

R. Kelly is getting a lot of attention after the docu-series, Surviving R. Kelly aired, and a lot of artists are now taking a stand and speaking either for or against the singer.

Omarion has also weighed in on the scandal surrounding R' Kelly after multiple women, including his ex-wife Andrea Kelly featured in the documentary to accuse Kelly of abuse of all sorts including sexual abuse, physical abuse and emotional abuse.

Omarion said he hasn't seen the docuseries but acknowledged that R. Kelly did wrong and should face the consequences of his actions.

He added that after his tour he will retire all the songs R. Kelly wrote for his group, B2K, from his set list. He said he will still perform the songs during the tour because fans will be disappointed if he doesn't

Lady Attacks Her Only Daughter With Blade Over Meat Theft (Graphic Photos)
An 8-year-old identified as Rukaya, was, yesterday, brutalized with a razor blade by her mother for allegedly stealing meat from the pot of soup.

The incident happened around 7pm in Ajangbadi, Lagos. But for the quick intervention of neighbors who rushed Rukaya to a nearby hospital, she might have bled to death.

However, when the mom was summoned to the clinic to the see extent of her attack on the girl, the breastfeeding mother-of-4 started wailing and rolling on the floor.

She claimed she didn’t know she went that far. Lagos State welfare officers were later notified of the incident and the culprit was subsequently whisked away.
