Kyari, Tijjani Yusuf, Others Still Listed As Buhari’s Aides - Politics -

The late former Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, is one of those still listed as aides to the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), weeks or months after they have vacated their seats either through death or replacement, Saturday PUNCH reports.

A check on the website of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation on Friday showed that Kyari was still on the updated list of political appointees over a month after he died due to complications arising from COVID-19.

Kyari died on April 17 and has since been replaced by Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, whose appointment was confirmed by the SGF, Boss Mustapha, on May 13.

Over a week after the announcement, Kyari still occupies the fourth position on the list, coming after Buhari; Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; and Mustapha.

Another person still on the list is Prof. Charles Dokubo, who was suspended as the Special Adviser to the President/Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Programme in February.

Cardi B has finally unveiled her new body tattoo and it's massive. 

The 27-year-old rapper and mother of one took to her Instagram page to show off the massive butterfly and colorful flowers that got inked on the back of her body. The enormous new back tattoo was inked from the top of her back to the middle of her thigh.

According to the 'Hustler' rapper,  it took her several months to achieve the ''masterpiece.''

She wrote in her caption: "Okay guys! Soooo here it is! It took me several months but I’m finally finished. This is my back tattoo! It goes from the top of my back to the middle of my thigh. Thank you @jamie_schene."

Twilight actor, Gregory Tyree Boyce and his Nigerian girlfriend Natalie Adepoju mysteriously found dead at their home

Twilight fans are mourning the death of Gregory Tyree Boyce, 30, and his Nigerian girlfriend Natalie Adepoju, 27, after they were mysteriously found dead in their condo in Las Vegas. 

The Las Vegas Medical Examiner's office confirmed that the couple were found dead on May 13. The cause of their deaths have not been revealed.

A source told E! News that "Greg's cousin woke up and noticed that Greg's car was still at the house. He was worried because Greg was to be in LA. His cousin went to check on him and found them." 

The source says that prior to his death, Gregory was "really focused and handling a lot of business." And though he had moved to Las Vegas to help his mother, the insider reveals Gregory "would commute to LA for acting jobs and to see his daughter."

A second source adds, "Greg was definitely a person who loved life and [was] super positive... super animated, really witty, he was the life of the party. I will definitely miss him. He was one of my funniest friends in LA and made my experience there really memorable."

Insiders told TMZ that an unknown white powdery substance was found at the scene, but authorities are yet to confirm. 

Boyce was known for his role as Tyler Crowley in the first Twilight franchise movie.

His Nigerian girlfriend, Natalie Adepoju who has been dating the actor for just over a year has a young son named Egypt, while Boyce is survived by his 10-year-old daughter, Alaya. 

In a statement shared to a GoFundMe, her family described her as being a "loving daughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend." They continued, "Natalie had so much life to live [and] we are saddened that her life was cut short. Natalie leaves behind her one and only baby boy Egypt, her father, two brothers and one sister, and a host of family and friends who love her dearly."

Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay says her Instagram account has been compromised.

The singer says the account has been compromised and her management is working to it back.

The music star made this known via her Twitter page while responding to questions from a friend who wanted to know how her semi-nude photos made it to her Instagram page.

I cannot tell why/who is doing this, but my IG account has been compromised & my privacy is being violated. Seems to be a deliberate attack as the photos circulating are not from a recent exchange.

Migos Rapper, Quavo finally graduates from high school years after dropping out to pursue his music career (photos)

Migos rapper, Quavo has achieved an academic milestone.

The 29-year-old American rapper, who reportedly dropped out of school months before his graduation to pursue his music career full time, announced on Friday that he's among the Class Of 2020 that have just graduated from Berkmar High School in the Atlanta suburb of Lilburn, Georgia. 

He was reportedly a record-setting quarterback at Berkmar High School.

Eid Fitri: FG declares Monday May 25 & Tuesday May 26 public holidays

The Federal Government has declared Monday, May 25th, and Tuesday, May 26th, as public holidays to mark the Eldi Fitri Celebration.

Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government in Abuja.  Aregbesola congratulated all Muslim faithful for the successful completion of the Ramadan fast.

A statement by the Director of Press in the Ministry, Mohammed Manga, quoted Aregbesola as calling on Muslim faithful to replicate the life of kindness, love, tolerance, peace and good neighborliness as exemplified by the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
