Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine faces up to 3-years in prison for posting 2015 sex video of 13-year-old girl online 

Controversial American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing up to three years in prison after he posted a sex video of a 13-year-old girl online. 

6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, appeared in court on Thursday after breaking the terms of his probation by getting arrested twice.

'He has violated his plea agreement,' Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss told Manhattan Supreme Court. 'The defendant should be sentenced to a state prison sentence of one to three years.'

The 22-year-old was arrested on Wednesday at John F. Kennedy Airport after returning from the European leg of his tour, having missed a court date in a case in which he's accused of choking a 16-year-old in Houston's Galleria Mall back in January.

He was also busted in Brooklyn in May for unlicensed driving, and accused of assaulting a cop and obstruction of governmental administration.

6ix9ine's original crime occurred in October 2015, and has pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.

According to a police report, the incident involved a 13-year-old girl who was seen 'engaging in oral intercourse' with Taquan Anderson, who was also charged, while Tekashi stood behind her and made thrusting motions with his pelvis.

In another video, the girl was seen sitting naked on Tekashi's lap while Anderson groped her breasts.

Sentencing for 6ix9ine is scheduled to take place on October 2.

The sexual assault investigations involving shamed movie producer  Harvey Weinstein, action movie star Steven Seagal and 'Black-ish' actor Anthony Anderson have been handed over to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. 

The DA's office confirmed on Thursday that it was reviewing the three cases. 

Mail Online reported that the Los Angeles Police turned over the sex assault cases regarding Seagal and Anderson on Wednesday. A spokesman for the DA's office said both were still under review. 

The Beverly Hills Police Department presented a third sex assault case involving Weinstein back in June. The case involving Weinstein brings the number under review by Los Angeles prosecutors to six.

But the DA's office didn't reveal more details of the allegations or when the alleged assaults took place.   

Meanwhile, Weinstein has been charged in New York with three cases of sexual assault after more than 70 women accused him of sexual misconduct but he denied ever having non-consensual sex with anyone.

Police arrest unrepentant notorious criminal responsible for robbery, kidnapping and murder of many victims in Imo

The Imo State Police Command has arrested a 51-year-old notorious armed robbery and kidnap suspect.

The unrepentant suspect, Durunzenwata Emeka Reginald of Amaigbo, Nwangele Local Government Area of the state, was arrested by operatives of F-SARS Imo Command on August 8, at Akatta Market Square in Oru West L.G.A.

The suspect is responsible for the robbery, kidnapping and murder of so many victims among whom are Late Chidi Eburuaji, who was kidnapped at Owerri Nkworji on July 18 and subsequently murdered.

The suspect also specializes in waylaying, robbing and diverting petrol tankers and lorries. During the encounter that led to his arrest, suspect fled on sighting the operatives but was arrested after sustaining gunshot injuries on his legs. Investigation is in progress.
