Why Is My Phone Slow? 5 Most Common Issues - Phones

The smartphone, which in the first days of its work pleased you with high performance, in one day can start to work very slowly. This prevents users and can be annoying. The reasons for the changeable behavior of the smartphone can be several at once. We list the top 5 most common of them.

Background application workflow
The Android operating system copes quite well with the distribution of device resources to the tasks performed. However, these tasks can be too many. In their list, there may be those that the user is not interested in at all. But applications continue to connect from time to time to the network, update their data and check the status of the system. This happens in the background, and users do not observe these processes.

Exit – delete old and unnecessary applications. Determine which applications consume smartphone resources which make your phone slow, you can use Greenify and Servicely.

Overfilled memory and fragmentation
The write speed of the built-in drive in your device drops if the smartphone’s memory is full. This has a very negative effect on the speed of work. In addition, there is fragmentation. Some sectors of the drive are no longer able to read and write over time. If your smartphone has a problem with free space on the drive, we recommend using a memory card or cloud storage to move data.

Battery lifetime
Over time, the smartphone battery not only loses its original capacity but also the ability to provide a stable voltage for operation. This can cause the device to overheat, which affects performance and result in making your phone slow. In addition, a device with an old battery can be rebooted. The solution to this problem is to replace the battery.

Problems with the memory chip
Alas, drives, like batteries, cannot work forever. Having reached the maximum number of write cycles, the memory stops working correctly. The operating time of the memory chip depends on various factors. On average, it is ready to serve 2-3 years. There are chips that work longer. Much depends on the intensity of use. Finally, the memory may be damaged as a result of the fall of the smartphone. Alas, this problem does not lend itself to an independent solution.

Updates can make phone slow
We often receive operating system updates and application updates. We get new software that works on the older hardware. Gradually, software becomes more demanding and there comes a time when iron loses its ability to provide the previous speed of work. As a rule, this happens earlier than the software support for iron cannot Alas, this also can not be helped.

Most performance problems are due to obsolescence. Like many other things, the components of our smartphones are aging, and it remains for us to recall the times when they were young.

This Is How Human Waste Is Evacuated From An Aeroplane. (photos And Video) - Travel

TechCapon

For those who fly a lot and who travel on long journeys in an aircraft I’m quite sure you must have been pressed at one time or the other and please don’t pretend, it’s normal. Have you ever wondered what the airlines do with your poopoo ? Don’t think when you flush the toilet, the whole faeces just fly out of the aircraft into the In this post I will be telling you exactly what the airline do with all your poo and how they dispose them.

In every long flight, you are always served with food which may go down well with your system or not, for some people the food may not go down well with their stomach and they will end up using the toilet up to 4 or 5 time before they arrive their destination. Well, in this weird post I want to really explain what they do with the wastes in the aircraft.

All aircraft sewage system uses the vacuum toilet which relies on strong suction, the toilet bowl is coated well coated to prevent sticky stuff. When the flush button is pressed, a valve opens sucking down the contents of the toilet bowl with a speed that is faster than the speed of a formula one car through the pipes and into a very large tank which is installed at the bottom of the aeroplane. Once the plane touches the ground, it needs to do two things, refuel and empty the sewage tank. The plane will never take off for it’s next flight until the sewage (human waste) is removed.

The sewage truck or honey truck

This is where it gets real nasty. The waste disposal truck also called the vacuum truck or honey truck comes to the rescue. Hmmm, honey truck ! It’s one of the first vehicles to reach the airplane at the gate. This sewage truck has a 800 gallon stainless steel tank which is equipped with a very powerful vacuum that can fill that huge tank in just 10 minutes. But the sad thing is, the honey truck driver still has to connect the sewage pipe with his hand
TechCapon

Lord knows it’s not a pretty job ! (Not kidding)

Well, like I said it’s not a pretty job but someone has to do it, right ? You’ve to have real passion for the job to be able to do it successfully and make your family proud. grin Airplanes always empty over 250 gallons of human waste everyday. Remember the aircraft is on schedule so he has to evacuate the sewage real fast.

1. Connect the waste pipe into the planes release valve and make sure it is firmly locked in place, if it’s not well locked, the pipe will be pushed out and the whole waste will splash all over your body.

2. After pumping out the waste, Connect the flush pipe which washes the planes tank with water and disinfectants.

3. Drive the honey truck to the suck-away or septic tanks and offload its contents.

After disposing off the waste get yourself ready for the next airplane and the cycle continues... grin grin

So What's Next For You After Graduation? - Education

After graduation what next ?

After graduation what next? This was written boldly on a poster pasted at the school bus park back then when uncle suru was an undergraduate.

He told me the story of how on a certain day, he wanted to take a bus from the park to get to town, but this time instead of boarding the bus on arrival he found him self staring at a program poster with the title “after graduation what next” he was lost in thought and was only brought back to reality by the honking of the bus just beside him.

He hopped in but couldn’t clear his mind of the image of the poster. He has told me the story more than I can count and each time he reiterated, I always pictured the poster from the tone of his voice and the expressions he put up, that encounter obviously had an indelible mark on his life from that time. He told me how naïve he was about life, how he had held on to the aged long slogan of “go to school- graduate well and you get a well paying job”. A pretty simple rule but why then is history filled with men who went against the rule and not just get a great pay for themselves but also provided well paying job for those who followed the rule? He thought.

This got me thinking as he continued, the thought stuck and I was restless each time I approached the bus park, I was just in 200level and the thought of my family class made me realize it will take a miracle to get to my dreams. I did my research on the labour market, the unemployment rate got me more worried as many people whom I knew to be brilliant and had great CGPA where struggling to survive. I figured that the mindset was a derivative of a society that pegged their opportunity and success to the government and her policies.

Little by little I began invest in myself, discovering myself, learning new skills and reading books relevant to my dreams and purpose, attending seminars and took my devotions more serious and in no time it paid off. Bonds in places that matter were formed as I had friends of like minds and mentors which made my journey easier. Today i'm most greatful I broke the rule. Today my uncle suru is successful and every opportunity he gets, advise on self investment.

Every student's desire is to have parents or guardian that attend to their needs especially financial needs. You bask in the steady monthly allowances from them and moral support and you think it forever which indeed is not. You get to relax and leave in the present or get too engrossed in the pursuit of CGPA that you seldomly pay attention to your personal development.

And after graduating and the certificate fails to bring the job what next? When the supposed monthly allowances stops coming what next? When time passes and it looks like you arrived the market of destiny late what next? More so what next when your family or sponsor fails to establish you?
You don’t have to wait to leave school to know what is next or chart your life course. Buried in you are abilities waiting to be unleashed, developed and mastered. While you pursue academic excellence, self discovery and development is also important.

One excuse a lot of people give to justify their status Is the excuse of no time. Its the best excuse given by most students as they recount the amounts of assignments with deadlines, long hours of lectures, and other engagements that seems to suck up the 24 hours like a black hole. The truth of it is time will never be enough and I don’t think there is a plan to increase it to 36 hours a day even if I control time.

That's where management comes to play, setting priorities and being devoted. According to John mason, in his book, an enemy called average. He talked about how investing one hour a day, six days in a week will yield 312 hours a year. There is virtually no feat you can’t achieve in this time. You can be a pro or learn a new skill in the same clause of “no time”. Six hours is not so much to set aside from 168 hours you have in a week.
And if you have graduated and you think its too late and you are all concerned about just surviving then guess what; the best time to plant a tree was yesterday and the next best time is now. It can’t be too late else KFC wouldn’t have made it to reality. Its never too late until you are late.

Knowing what next is like taking a voyage with a well detailed map, though time and chance will have its way but you won’t be thrown off. To prepare for what next you have to equip your self with what's now. The future is uncertain but you can give your self a safe landing by having a plan and charting a course for your life.
If you live in yesterday, you lose today and tomorrow. If you live in today you will lose tomorrow, but if you live in tomorrow you will not only have tomorrow, yesterday and today will be added.

Finally, you should note that i'm not saying that things will always go the way a man planned it. What i'm saying is, Its better to have a plan and if it fails you pick the lessons and grow , than to face life without any road map. Set both short term and long term projection, what next will reveal it self.

I Collected N15,000, Says Vigilante Who Trafficked Schoolgirl To Burkina Faso - Crime -

A member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria, Ikorodu branch, Rasheed Salau, who allegedly trafficked a schoolgirl to Burkina Faso, says he was paid N15,000.

The Sagamu, Ogun State indigene, claimed that he was not aware that the 14-year-old would be turned into a sex worker.

He explained that he sent her to work with his mother, who owned a beer parlour in the West African country.

PUNCH Metro had reported that the schoolgirl, Risikatu Uthman, was declared missing after she followed a boyfriend on an outing in June 2018.

Although the boyfriend, a motor boy, denied knowledge of her whereabouts, he was arrested and arraigned in court.

After about two months, Risikatu was brought home by a Good Samarithan, who found her in Cotonou, Benin Republic.

Risikatu had told our correspondent that as she was returning home, she was abducted by Rasheed, who claimed to be a policeman.

She alleged that together with eight other girls, they were trafficked to Burkina Faso, where they were forced into prostitution.

The 14-year-old said she was rescued by the police and taken to the Nigerian embassy, from where she found her way back to Nigeria.

Policemen attached to the Ikorodu area command subsequently arrested the suspect.

During a chat with PUNCH Metro at the state police command headquarters in Ikeja on Tuesday, Rasheed said he was a member of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria, and a bricklayer.

He said, “I met her (Risikatu) at my friend’s place. I asked her why she left her parents’ house and she said her parents chased her away from home to look for work.

“I asked her what she wanted to do and she said she was not ready to return home. I showed her my grandmother’s shop and told her to see me later.

“She came the following day, but she did not meet me. Later, we met and I asked her what she wanted. She said she wanted to work.

“I asked if she could work at my grandma’s shop or in another country and she said she did not mind working outside the country. I told her that my mother ran a beer parlour in Burkina Faso and asked if she would assist her. She said there was no work she would not do. I did not force her. She was at my place for three days.”

When our correspondent asked how much his mother sent to him for the suspect, he said N15,000, adding that he used part of the money to buy clothes and shoes for Risikatu.

He denied that he abducted the victim with eight other young girls, saying the victim wanted to frame him for kidnapping.

Rasheed also said he did not know that his mother was into prostitution.

“She (Risikatu) was not held against her will. In fact, she followed my wife to her workplace and returned in the evening.

“She did not spend more than three days in Burkina Faso before the police arrested her because she left the place where she was working.

“I did not know that they were looking for her at home. I did not also know that her boyfriend was arrested over her disappearance,” he added.

The suspect’s father said he had been separated from the mother for over six years, adding that he was disgusted at the incident.

“I never knew about this incident until I was told that my son had been arrested and would be taken to court. I live in Agbado. His mother moved to Ikorodu and suddenly travelled to Burkina Faso. I don’t have her contact. After I waited for her for three years and did not see her, I remarried. I don’t know how he (Rasheed) got her phone number,” he said.

The grandma, who claimed to be a civil servant with the Lagos State Government, also said she last saw her daughter (Rasheed’s mother) five years ago.

Risikatu, while reacting to the suspect’s claim, insisted that she was trafficked along with other girls.

She identified a Yoruba girl among them as Aminat, adding that the others were indigenes of Delta and Edo states.

“He is lying. We were in his house and he locked us up,” she said.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, said the suspect would be arraigned at the end of investigation, adding that no stone would be left unturned.
