Amnesty International says FG Responsible for 3,641 deaths by Killer Herdsmen

Amnesty International has blamed the Federal Government for the killing of 3,641 persons during the clashes between herdsmen and farmers from 2016 to 2018.

In  its investigative report on the clashes in parts of the country released on Monday, AI said the Federal Government beyond issuing statements to condemn the attacks did not do enough to “bring those reasonably suspected of involvement in crimes to justice”.

The  body claimed that 2,075  persons were killed in the clashes  in 2018 alone.

According to the report, the Federal  Government failed in “fulfilling its constitutional responsibility of protection of lives and property by refusing to investigate, arrest and prosecute perpetrators of attacks”.

Just like the act of sex in one day can result in pregnancy for 9 months and delivery, the vote cast in 1 day in 2015 resulted in over 12 million job losses, 13 million out of school children, poverty capital if the world, most terrorized nation, fuel at 145+ subsidy etc. A repeat will be reinforcing failure.

With the points above we can confidently say that this administration has failed.

Now I want to list categories of people that will Benefit from Atiku obi presidency.

1) Unemployed and SMEs:

both obi and Atiku are job creators as they also business people. Whenever obi talks about China, he is talking about an SME powered economy. An economy driven by Small, Medium and large scale enterprises. Real SMEs will be created and funded properly. Not the 30 naira given to few people towards the end of a tenure. So if you have a skill, unemployed or have an idea? A government that will support and guide you to make your dreams a reality is on the way. Atiku obi wants to focus of governance while the private sector is allowed to grow and power the economy.

2) Students and Lecturers/teachers

Obi and Atiku believe that education is key in the development of any economy. Obi invested a lot in Education and Atiku has also invested in Education. They believe education is not properly funded and will make quality education priority. By so doing, the standard of education will improve and the issue of strike will be eliminated.

Three-man shortlist touted for Man Utd job as long-term successor to Jose Mourinho

Man Utd confirmed the departure of Jose Mourinho on Tuesday morning, and now the process of appointing his long-term successor will begin.
As noted in the club’s official statement, they will appoint a caretaker boss until the end of the season before bringing in a long-term appointment next year.

Given the regularity with which United have changed manager since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement, the Red Devils can ill-afford to get their next appointment wrong in the interests of building momentum and enjoying some continuity and stability.
As per Calciomercato, three names are in the running to arrive at Old Trafford next summer, with Zinedine Zidane, Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino being touted as the three managers set to be considered for the post.

Ghanaian president, Nana Addo Akufo-Addo, sacks 3 judges over corruption

Ghanaian president, Nana Addo Akufo-Addo, sacks 3 judges over corruption
Ghanaian President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has sacked three High Court Judges, indicted for corruption and bribe-taking three years ago. The sacked judges are Ayisi Addo, Uuter Paul Dery and Mustapha Habib Logoh. The trio were among those implicated by Ghanaian investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas for acts of corruption and bribe-taking in 2015.
The judges were removed from office on the recommendation of the Judicial Committee instituted by the Chief Justice of the Republic, Justice Sophia Akuffo pursuant to Article 146(4) of the constitution. The committee recommended their removal from office after finding them liable.
The spokesperson Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, who announced the removal of the justices said in a statement.
“The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has, by a letter dated Thursday, 6thDecember, 2018, removed Mr. Justice Ayisi Addo, Mr. Justice Uuter Paul Dery and Mr. Justice Mustapha Habib Logoh from offices as justices of the High Court.”

Manchester United will make an approach for €20m rated wonder-kid in January

Manchester United are gearing up to launch a bid for Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak, with Manchester City and Inter Milan also monitoring his situation.
The Red Devils are on the hunt for defensive reinforcements in the new year, after a disastrous first half of the 2018-19 Premier League season.
Jose Mourinho’s men find themselves down in sixth, 19 points behind league leaders Liverpool after just 17 matches, while also trailing fourth-placed Chelsea by a whopping 11 points.
A 3-1 defeat at Anfield at the hands of Jurgen Klopp’s Reds on Sunday heaped yet more misery on the Portuguese boss and his players, who have now conceded more goals this season than they did in the entire duration of their last campaign (29).
According to the Daily Mail, the club has made signing a defender the top priority during the January transfer window and Kabak is at the top of their list, after his impressive displays in Turkey this season.

Ozan Kabak is a rumoured transfer target for Manchester United
The 18-year-old wonder-kid made his senior level debut earlier in the year and has twelve matches under his belt this term in the Turkish Super league.
The Mail reports that Kabak’s current buy-out clause is set at £6.7 million but Galatasaray rate him much higher than that and will try to hold out for at least £20 million.
Man City, Inter and AS Roma are also interested in the young centre-back, but United are prepared to launch a bid ahead of their rivals, as they hope to arrest the team’s recent slide in fortunes on the pitch.
Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to bring in fresh faces at the back but as his position at the helm becomes increasingly unstable, it is not yet known for certain whether he will oversee the club’s dealings in the market during the next window.
The 55-year-old coach has already chased the likes of Harry Maguire from Leicester City and Jerome Boateng from Bayern Munich in recent months but the club is also interested in nurturing the next generation of talent, which could be added to by the acquisition of Kabak.

Bid made: Manchester United closer to DREAM signing as Lionel Messi approves £63million deal

Manchester United look to have been given a major boost in the transfer market as Malcom looks to have been given the green light to leave Barcelona by team-mate Lionel Messi.
The Brazilian starlet has barely made an impact since joining Barca in the summer, despite looking one of the most exciting young talents in Europe at previous club Bordeaux.

United were linked strongly with Malcom during his time in Ligue 1, though they notably pulled out of a deal back in January when they instead focused their attention on signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
The Chile international, however, has been a huge flop at Old Trafford and, a year on, the club remain keen on Malcom as they eye new attacking players.
According to Don Balon, the talented 21-year-old is now available for just £63million, which could prove a bargain for the Red Devils.

Zinedine Zidane puts Manchester United on BRINK of £135million megastar transfer as his first signing

Manchester United look to have made one significant step towards the transfer of £135million-rated attacking midfielder Marco Asensio.
The Real Madrid star has struggled for playing time at the Bernabeu this season, looking less consistent and assured of his place in the team under both Julen Lopetegui and his successor Santiago Solari.
According to Don Balon, Asensio misses Zinedine Zidane, who has of course been strongly linked as a leading candidate for the Manchester United job for some time.
It now seems likely the Spain international would look to follow Zidane to wherever he goes next, and it seems that a switch to Old Trafford is looking closer than ever.
Jose Mourinho is not Mr Popular at United right now as results fail to improve, while performances have been even worse.
