Red Devils ready raid for PSG superstar
Manchester United will make Neymar their top transfer target in 2019, reports Don Balon, with Jose Mourinho having moved on from Gareth Bale.
The Red Devils were heavily linked with the Real Madrid forward during the last window, but saw him remain with the Spanish giants. 
With Neymar having also seen out the summer still at Paris Saint-Germain, those at Old Trafford are preparing to shift their focus.
