Irony!! Aba resident passes through dry gutter following heavy rain that flooded roads but left the drainage dry

The irony in Aba, according to a resident, is that when it rains, the roads get flooded but the drains stay dry.

A resident was pictured walking inside the gutter after it rained because the street was badly flooded so the gutter became the best alternative.
