Donald Trump eagerness to become the next US President, might just be a dream and may never come to pass.. As a woman named Katie Johnson has accusedTrump of raping her while she was underage claims the billionaire assaulted her for “the poor quality” of sex.
Johnson who 13 at the time of the alleged rape , claims in legal papers the Republican presidential hopeful was furious with her and another minor who he made perform sexual acts him.
According to the papers filed in California, Trump screamed at the two schoolgirls for the poor quality of their sexual performance.
34, year old Katie alleges: “After zipping up his pants, defendant Trump physically pushed both minors away while angrily berating them for the ‘poor’ quality of their sexual performance.”
The other alleged victim, called Maria Doe, was 12-years-old at the time.
Trump, 69, is claimed to have also become violent on another occasion when Johnson claims she was “tied to a bed” and raped.
The Trump Republican candidate Immediately denied the allegations. But tha wasn't helpful.. was it?
She claims in the court papers that when she begged the businessman to “please wear a condom” he “responded by violently striking” her in her face.
He is alleged to have told her he “would do whatever he wanted”.
According to the court papers, when she later asked what would happen if she was pregnant she said he threw money at her before screaming “get a f** abortion”.
Johnson is suing Trump alongside Jeffrey Epstein, who she accuses of also abusing her as well as supplying her as a sex slave.
Johnson who lodged her claim in the Central District Court of California on Tuesday, seeking £68.5million damages saying the two men are guilty of "sexual abuse under threat of harm” between June to September 1994.
The allegations could derail Trump's bid to be US president.
On learning of the lawsuit he immediately issued a vehement denial.
"The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated,” he said.
"There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period."
Epstein has yet to respond to the allegations.
Johnson claims her alleged attacks were witnessed by a former long term party planner of Epstein’s who she claims is prepared to testify in court over her claims.
She writes: “Tiffany Doe was physically present at each of the four occasions sexual abuse by defendant Donald Trump upon person of plaintiff Johnson, as it was her job to witness all of the sexual escapades of defendant Epstein’s guests at these underage sex parties.”
