Mario Mandzukic rejects bumper Qatar move to help seal 'dream' Man Utd transfer in January

Manchester United could be closer to signing Mario Mandzukic from Juventus during the January transfer window, after the striker reportedly rejected a huge wage deal from Qatar, because it’s his dream to play at Old Trafford.\

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be boosting his attacking options in January, with the addition of veteran star Mario Mandzukic.

Mandzukic was close to joining Solskjaer at Old Trafford last season, but the deal never materialised.

He hasn’t yet featured for Juventus this season under Maurizio Sarri, and he could be available for around £11million.
